    • M100 Standard Body

      The M100 thermometer has a measurement range of 500 to 1800°C / 932 to 3272°F, at a single 1.0µm wavelength. Proven, reliable electronics and a high quality optical system combine to give a thermometer which delivers accurate, repeatable temperature measurement. Minimum target size is 1.5mm @ 300mm distance. The M100 is aimed at high temperature applications such as steel and glass production, where temperature is critical to the quality of the finished product. Uses the patented* Green flashing LED for target alignment

    • M100 Fibre-optic Variant

      The M100 Fiber-optic version measures measure in a temperature range of 500 to 1800°C / 932 to 3272°F, at a similar 1.0µm wavelength.The use of flexible fiber optics light guides allows the optic head to be mounted in a hostile environment; the detector and electronics enclosure to be located in a less hostile environment, several meters away. The use of the fibre-optic variant permits viewing of inaccessible targets, in areas with high RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) or high ambient temperatures around 200 °C / 392 °F maximum. Uses a red LED for target alignment

      The M160 is a single wavelength thermometer, measuring in the range 250 - 1600 °C / 482 to 2912°F at a wavelength of 1.6µm.Like other single wavelength thermometers the user interface is on the back of the thermometer. This displays all the key thermometer settings plus simple three button operation, you can access all the instrument settings including: Settings, I/O, Network, Focus, Alarms, Time Functions, an Advanced setting where you can select the language, the LED flash rate and give the measurement location a name. Uses the patented* Green flashing LED for target alignment. Minimum target size is 1.5mm @ 300mm distance.

      The M160 F.O. is single wavelength (1.6µm) thermometer, measuring between 250 - 1600 °C / 482 to 2912°F. The small optic head allows access into the most difficult measure locations. The fibre-optic length options (3,6 and 10m/10, 20 and 33ft). The optic head can withstand ambient temperatures up to 200 °C / 392 °F. A range of fibre-optic mountings are available to satisfy your needs. Uses a red LED for target alignment.

      The M210 is a single wavelength thermometer, measuring in the range  50 to 1100 °C / 122 to 2012 °F. This product alongside the R210 is aimed at applications in Cold Rolling, Galvannealing and Weld pre-heating, plus any low temperature low or uncertain emissivity alloys application.  Compatible with low cost Quartz viewing windows.

    • R100 standard body and Fibre-optic models

      The R100 and F.O. version use two wavelengths, 1 and 1.2µm. All settings are selectable using the local user interface or  remotely via a Web browser or SPOT Viewer software. Fibre-optic models use a red LED for target alignment. Minimum target size is 1.5mm @ 300mm distance – standard body variant only.  Five choices of measurement modes are available, from monochromatic, Ratio (2-color) to combined wavelength models.

    • R210 (available as standard body only)

      The R210 is available as standard body only, operating at multiple wavelengths 2.1 µm and 2.4 µm for measuring the temperatures in Induction Heating and Wedge measurement. The R210 is suitable for Low temperature materials in problematic environments. It can view through dirty windows, dust clouds or smoke, partially filled targets and induction heating coils. It can also view through low cost Quartz viewing windows.
